Our couriers have been advised to keep contact with customers to an absolute minimum. This may include placing packages at your doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, the driver will complete the check at a distance.

All returned and exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. All Returns and Cancellations unless otherwise stated are subject to a Return Shipping Fee of $9.95 U.S.
Excluded from returns and exchanges are the following items:
Intimate apparel (bras, underwear, all hosiery, shapewear)
Discounted/Sale items are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged
When your order arrives but does not fit properly due to sizing, "please refer to the sizing charts on the product page before you order". We will happily exchange the same item or give a store credit for the original purchase price.

Purchases made through Kim’s Fashions.com must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.
Step 2: After receiving your request, we will send instructions on how you can complete your return. Please follow the instructions to process your return.
Step 3: After we receive your returned package, and it has been inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been accepted. It will take 1 to 2 weeks depending which Credit Card company you use. “Excluding A Return Shipping Fee”. Please be patient as we have no control over your Credit Card company, or their policies. Refunds will only be processed to the Credit Card used for the original purchase.
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will happily refund your order. We will process the refund within 2-3 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped there is a Return Shipping Fee added to the cancellation. It is out of our hands once the product has been shipped out, and the shipping company is in possession of your order.
You will receive your refund after the product has been returned to us unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. All orders shipped to Canada.
All Applicable Provincial, Goods and Services and Harmonized taxes will be calculated and added to the invoice and charged to all Canadian orders.
